1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
504sites will design, build, optimize, and launch a modern, mobile-first WordPress website on the lightweight Kadence framework, including: Home, About, Services, Reviews, Contact, mobile tap-to-call buttons, quote capture forms, SSL security, and Google Analytics 4 conversion tracking. Target Launch: 14 Business Days.
2. MONTHLY FEE & TERM
Client agrees to an initial minimum term of twelve (12) consecutive monthly payments of $89.00 USD. The first payment is due upon signing; subsequent payments are billed automatically on the 1st of each calendar month. Following month 12, agreement renews on a flexible month-to-month basis.
3. EARLY TERMINATION / BUYOUT SAFEGUARD
In the event that Client elects to cancel or terminate service prior to fulfilling the full twelve (12) monthly payments, Client agrees to pay an Early Termination / Buyout Fee of $1,000.00 USD within ten (10) business days of written notice. This fee compensates 504sites for upfront design, development, staging, and onboarding labor.
4. HOSTING & MAINTENANCE
Monthly fee includes managed cloud container hosting, weekly core/plugin updates, daily off-site cloud backups, 24/7 uptime monitoring, and up to 30 minutes of text/photo updates per month.
